The Tax Consultancy and Accounting Services division is another division of the Irene Stephen & Associates service spectrum.

In an age where compliance, transparency and aggressive financial management is fast becoming the norm this division aims to meet the growing demand for independent tax and accounting consulting services specifically for small and emerging enterprises. Akin to provide the operational approach of the company and other divisions, this division also aims to provide clients with professional and efficient customer experience.

The division offers the following services:

Tax Consulting

Tax consulting, administration and planning are services offered for both businesses and individuals. Our team of qualified tax practitioners will advise on and administer tax-related matters. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, planning for your business’ tax will be done congruently with current legislation no matter which sector your enterprise is in. Filing annual tax returns for employees (in both government and private sector) and private individuals is also offered.

Accounting Services

Having worked with various clients from different sector and managing their portfolios, this division renders its services in:

• Assisting clients draw up budgets

• Assist clients manage their finances, systems and procedures within the frameworks of various standards and codes

• Preparing financial statements and reports; and

• General bookkeeping

The scope and extent to which these services are rendered will be designed to fit to the clients’ specific needs.
