Irene, Stephen & Associates launches new division to Services Portfolio

2021 marks five (5) years of Irene Stephen & Associates being in business. “A very big milestone” the Chairperson of the Board of Directors exclaimed. An even bigger milestone for the dynamic consultancy firm is the incorporation of a new division.

The new division: Academic Support & Learning was formally added to the company’s stead of services in November 2020. The addition of the new division takes the number of Irene Stephen & Associates’ service portfolios to five (5) from four (4) portfolios.

The Academic Support & Learning division officially opened its services to the public in January 2021.

Me. M.M. Mangali (a shareholder of Irene Stephen & Associates) began providing some of the services informally in 2017. She initially started the business as a way of generating passive income since retiring the year before. Moreover, she saw the business as an extrapolation of her 40+ years in the teaching profession, only this time she’s helping the parents and children of her immediate community by offering accessible and affordable extra classes and homework assistance.

Me Mangali has been appointed the Manager of the division and will see the day-to-day running of operations.

In a statement, Irene Stephen & Associates’ Director of Operations said that “the new division is definitely going to benefit in growth opportunity derived from the company’s existing operational frameworks and service designs”

In addition to formalizing a previously informal business in one of the most consistent sectors, the move to add the Academic Support & Learning division was stimulated by the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact it had on SMMEs.

“In these uncertain times, it helps businesses such as Irene Stephen & Associates to pull its resources to create and keep open diverse revenue-generating avenues through sustainable service portfolios. We are certain that Academic Support & Learning service portfolio will make the company resilient, especially since some of our service portfolios have taken a knock since the pandemic started” the Director: Operations continued to say.

The Academic Support & Learning division will admit its Class of 2021 at the beginning of the year.

Applications for the 2021 academic year are open from 15 January until 19 February 2021.
