CLIENT INTERACTIONS

BUSINESS HOURS

Office hours have also been affected by the pandemic. With most of our team members working from home, our existing and prospective clients should note the new office hours for the duration of the lock-down:

Monday – Friday: 09:00 to 16:00

Weekends: Closed

KEEPING SAFE

Under absolutely necessary circumstances, Irene Stephen & Associates employees and management staff may be allowed to host meetings, if it is impractical to do so via our digital channels. Clients visiting our premises are subject to strict screening and social distancing protocols. Clients may not visit our premises without an official appointment.
